These beautiful Antique Edwardian Suffragette earrings have been modelled in 9ct Yellow Gold. Each earring features a gorgeous 0.25ct Peridot at the top which leads down to a beautiful Pearl via a chain and finally down to a substantial Amethyst dropper at the bottom which weighs approx. 2.5ct.
Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine, their jewellery popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which were chosen to counter the masculine women’s rights stereotypes put forward by opponents. Green is for Give, white is for Women and violet is for Votes!
A lovely and colourful pair of earrings that promote women’s rights and will look fabulous when worn.
